Delivered successfully the first of kind project including comprehensive field survey to improve the commercial performance of Miyahuna through revenue generation and debt recovery due on Amman customers against the water and sanitation fees. The project is 1.1 M$ USAID-funded and implemented in partnership with AL NAHAR Company.
The project endorsed as a success story due to the cost recovery model and the by-products that materialized in having reliable integrated databases, delivered automated system to manage such services, and the actionable plan to maintain the performance improved in the future operations.
