Sub-contracted for water metering improvement both at supply and demand-sides within the first performance-based-contract for non-revenue water reduction in selected areas of the capital Amman under public-private partnership. The main project client is Miyahuna, 10 M$ USAID-funded, and implemented by ORIENT.
The scope included a field survey and assessment, inspection, data collection and analysis that concluded with replacement of more than 30K domestic water meters, in addition to refurbishment work for more than 15 DMA service chambers (civil and electromechanical enhancements) that are necessary to improve water metering and ensure an accurate bulk measurements to reduce apparent water losses.
