Sub-contracted under consultancy agreement with COGITE-SAS for the project of Independent Auditor on the management, operation and maintenance (MOM) performance contracts across the Eastern and Southern clusters of Saudi Arabia. The main project client is NATIONAL WATER COMPANY and implemented by EGIS.
The scope of work is related to couple of enabling projects including water network improvement (outline design, production meters assessment, monitoring system, intermittent water supply, DMZ/ DMA implementation, and sewer program), on the other hand the business continuity and emergency response plans, in addition to two critical KPIs for both water supply and non-revenue water.
